Who We AretheWay.jpg

The way is a fellowship for women aged between 20 and 44 years. It includes both married and single women.

Vision, Purpose and objectives.

To raise builders of homes, work places, communities and nations by aligning all aspects of our lives with the Word of God and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in and through us.

Proverbs 14: 1a -            Every wise woman builds her house.

Proverbs 31: 10-28         Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies…

What We Do.

  • We meet regularly every last Saturday of the month from 3pm to 5pm for a time of sharing, personal development, team building and spiritual uplifment.
  • Organise fun-filled activities i.e Debates, Seminars, Outings etc

Benefit to members.

1. Through our interactive discussions, members gain

  • Advice
  • Counsel
  • Learning
  • Encouragement
  • Opportunity to express their thoughts

2. Talents and skills of members are developed as they join and function in the various teams within the women’s fellowship. The teams are:

  • Message Summary
  • Ice Breakers/Team Building
  • Music
  • Hospitality

The teams facilitate bonding among members.

3. Spiritual Growth

During our message summary sessions, a lot of insight is gained as we expound on and discuss messages taught in church. We make the messages practical and relevant to our lives as women.

4. New mothers

We care and support new mothers through visitation, gifts and regular contact to ask their welfare. There is also a network of other mothers to share with and ask questions.

5. Outings and Socials

We organise outings and other social activities which help to build the fellowship and provide the opportunity to bond and make friends.

6. Increase in knowledge.

Common issues that affect members are discussed at the meetings i.e raising children, relationships etc.
