Mission: To deliver God’s word effectively to Children in a safe and creative atmosphere

Children’s church at LWIC provides an excellent opportunity for children to experience, fellowship and learn about God. We welcome children between the ages of 3 & 13, who are taught in four different classes. Babies are well looked after in the crèche by their parents.

Prince & Princess 1             Ages 3-5’s

Prince & Princess 2             Ages 5-8’s

Kingdom Explorers 1         Ages 8-11’s

Kingdom Explores 2          Ages 11-13

Our children church teachings are carried out using the curriculums called ‘Kids on the Move’ and ‘Friends with God’.  We also have a theme every year which gives us direction and guides us in all our activities.

Children are safely taught in a friendly atmosphere with lots of fun and activities. To ensure this, we have a child protection policy in place and are in partnership with CCPAS (Churches Child Protection Advisory Service).  Our teachers undergo regular training and supervision.

Children at LWIC are very much a part of the church. They join the main church for an exciting time of praise and worship before dashing off to their classes.   We believe in developing the talents of our children, so we always support and give them the opportunity to sing, dance, act and recite poetry in the main Church.

Every year we also endeavour to take them out for trips or parks so they can enjoy themselves.
